What needs to be done?
As a Part Time Support Hero for Spikeball Inc, you will be responsible for resolving help desk tickets! You will be assigned several shifts a week (totaling 10-20 hours a week), in which you are expected to be logged into Spikeball’s help desk, and replying to customer inquiries throughout your entire time block. Ideal shifts will fall between 6pm-12am PST. We are absolutely open to working with you to find shifts that are convenient for you. The most common tickets you will be responding to are Parts Requests. For these tickets, you will be required to manually place orders in our inventory management system, and follow up with the customer to inform them that their order is on the way!
Who is the right person for the job?
Spikeball’s new Part Time Support Hero will most likely be a college Sophomore or Junior who is able to adhere to a consistent shift schedule (schedule may change during busier seasons such as summer and the holidays). This person should be prepared to commit to several years of working part time with Spikeball. This person is analytical, creative, and compassionate. This person is a good writer who is capable of crafting personalized, witty, and respectful responses to our customers.
